Meta will help Air India to digitise office working

Tata-owned Air India has brought in Workplace from Meta, which is an online business communication platform. As Air India has 11,000 old strong work force, it will help to keep under the same platform. This is the first time the airline has digitalized office communication for their staff.

It will empower better and convenient engagement with its various group of employees ranging from pilots and cabin crew, engineers, information technologists, ground staff and others across the globe.

Tata initiate the process of modernising the airline which under government ownership was hamstrung for budget.
